I suffered for five years with bad panic attacks. I would run into the ER crying I was dying. I left full grocery carts at the check out. I have learned to not put myself in positions where I am not in some sort of control. Those seem to trigger them for me. I barely have them anymore. Maybe once a month I will feel one coming on. I usually will take a nap then so I am stronger. When I awake I feel better.
It is good to know that you no longer have panic attacks. Relaxation does work in alleviating this disorder. 🙂
